What are you telling the next generation?
… we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about his power and his mighty wonders. ( Psalm 78:4 NLT)
Tell the next generation that all human life is created by God. All humans are created in the image of God and can have spiritual fellowship with God.
Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. (Genesis 1:26-27 ESV)
Tell the next generation that humans are fearfully and wonderfully made.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. (Psalm 139:14 ESV)
And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. (Genesis 1:31 ESV)
Tell the next generation that each one of us was created for a special and unique purpose.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10 ESV)
Tell the next generation that we were created to glorify God.
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Corinthians 10:31 ESV)
